For single-family homes:

  • 778 single family homes listed
  • 483 Homes Sold
  • Average List price $449,000 which is up $10,000 from March, 2024
  • Average Sold price $441,000
  • Average Days on Market was 41, which has decreased 7 days from March, 2024 

 

Moving on to townhomes:

  • 156 townhomes listed
  • 75 Sold
  • Average List Price $344,000, which is an increase of $20,000 fro last month
  • Average Sales price $341,000
  • Average Days on Market was 43, which is a decrease of 20 days from March, 2024. 

 

Finally, we have seen a difference in interest rates Mid to late April there was a significant increase for both government and conventional loans.

  • Government Loan Rates increased from 6.25% to 6.65% with a 1 point buy down
  • Conventional Loan Rates increased from 7.25% to 6.65% with a 1 point buy down
