Hi all. It’s Kevin with North Group Realty here with another monthly market report update. I changed things up in this Greenville County Market report for February 2023 this time. This time I decided to share with you the difference in prices between February of 2022 to 2023. Why did I do this? So that you could see facts. Overall, Greenville and its surrounding cities such as Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Mauldin, Greer, Easley and Taylors have had anywhere between a $30-60k increase in home value. Remember if you price your home according to market value you will ALWAYS sell. The price drops you're seeing is because some Seller's are overpricing their homes and then 21-30 days later they are reducing them to market value.
