For single-family homes, there were 1,465 listings in total. Out of these, 1,043 were sold. Approximately 24% of the listed homes were new construction. The average list price for these homes was $408,000, and they were sold at an average price of $402,000. The average number of days these homes stayed on the market was 36.
Moving on to townhomes, there were 154 listings in total. Out of these, 98 were sold. Around 44% of the listed townhomes were new construction. The average list price for townhomes was $306,000, and they were sold at an average price of $301,000.
