What do the rates look like as of this writing?

Rates for vary depending on the type of loan you’re applying for. In general all rates decreased by quarter of a point. This decreased FHA, VA, and USDA loans percentages down to about 6.25% and conventional loans to about 6.5%. So the great news is we’re below the national 100 year average of 7%.

*** Please keep in mind that we continue to see homes sell in 1 week or less depending on price, condition, and location. New construction sales continue to rise because they are buying interest rates down and there’s simply more inventory in that sector***
