- Median List Price: $379,000

 

- Median Sold Price: $375,000

 

- Average Days on Market: 54-66

 

 

 

For townhomes:

 

- 396 townhomes listed

 

- 83 townhomes Sold

 

- Median List Price: $260,000

 

- Median Sales Price: $253,000

 

- Average Days on Market 44-75

 

 

What about interest rates? To summarize, FHA interest rates were between 6.2-6.3% and Conventional rates between  at 7.15 - 7.25% respectively. 

 

*** Please keep in mind that we continue to see homes sell in 1 week or less depending on price, condition, and location. New construction sales continue to rise because they are buying interest rates down and there’s simply more inventory in that sector.
