November 2023 Market Update for the Upstate

 

 

Here's your November, 2023 Real Estate market update for Greenville, SC. 

 

For single-family homes,  the average list price for these homes was $455k and the average sold price was $447k. So that’s basically a $4k difference in sales to list price and a $20k decrease in price from October. The average number days on market for single family homes are now 43-76 days, which is about 10 days more than October.

 

Moving on to townhomes. Most of the data was relatively the same from October with a slight decrease in average list price of $305k and $302k. Days on market were relatively the same, which was around 60 days.

 

In regards to interest rates in November we have seen an increase to 7.5 - 8%. But now rates have decreased to low to hight 6. So if you’ve been wanting for rates to go below 7 they’re here for your pounce on!!!
