- 692 single family homes listed

- 431 Homes Sold

- Median List Price: $378,000

- Median Sold Price: $374,000

- Days on market between 17-67

 

For townhomes:

- 145 townhomes listed

- 84 Sold

- Median List Price: $282,000

- Median Sales Price: $279,000

- Days on Market between 20-67

 

Both Single Family Homes and Townhomes increased almost $10k in sales price this month. Take advantage of the rates while you can. If you wait for the "right" time you'll wind up paying more in the long run 😬

 

For the month of August the interest rates were as follows: 

- FHA & VA: 5.5% which is down from 5.25%

- Conventional: 6.50% which is down from June at 6.25%
