Here's your February Real Estate market update for Greenville, SC.
For single-family homes, the average list price for these homes was $451k and the average sold price was $442k. So that’s basically a $4k difference in sales to list price. The average number of days these homes stayed on the market was 48, which is about 7-10 days less than January.
Moving on to townhomes. the average list price for these homes was $311k and the average sold price was $308k. The average days on market before going under contract was about 69.
In regards to interest rates for February there has been a slight increase from 6% to 6.25% for government loans and 7% to 7.25% for conventional loans
