Here's your October, 2023 Real Estate market update for Greenville, SC. 

 

For single-family homes, there were 659 listings in total. In this month 488 single family homes were sold. The average list price for these homes was $455k (down $10,000 from last month), and they were sold at an average price of $447k. The average number of days these homes stayed on the market was between 37-68.

 

Moving on to townhomes, there were 130 listings in total. In this month, 78 were sold. The average list price for townhomes was $318,000, and they were sold at an average price of $313,000; which is down by $4,00 from last month

 

In regards to interest rates we have seen an increase to 7.5 - 8% towards the end of the month for conventional loans. FHA continues to hold strong at 7.25-7.45% for this month.
