- 457 Homes Sold
- Median List Price: $379,000
- Median Sold Price: $375,000
- Days on market between 22-56
For townhomes:
- 136 townhomes listed
- 99 Sold
- Median List Price: $186,000
- Median Sales Price: $186,000
- Days on Market between 40-52
For the month of August the interest rates were as follows:
- FHA: Interest rates were around 5.25 and then rapidly increased to 6%
- Conventional: 6.125% and then rapidly increased to 7%
