What You Need For a Solid Pre-Approval

A pre-approval is a mandatory item you will need to being looking at homes. It is a requirement before myself or any Agent will help you... at least the top produces. Without a pre-approval neither you or I know what you can actually do financially. So if you're wanting to purchase a home this is actually the first step. And the best way to be prepared for the is know what you need.

Here are a few pointers when filling out the application that would be helpful.

1. Please make sure you have a 2 year work history filled out with the proper dates you started and left, etc. 
• If you have had 4 jobs in the past 2 years, please make sure you put the name, address, phone number and dates you worked there.

2. Please Upload or Email these items to the lender of your choosing:

• 2 most recent paystubs
• 2020 and 2019 W2’s
• 2020 and 2019 Tax Returns
• 2 most recent bank statements.  If you can do the Verification of Asset portion that would automatically import the last 60 days of statements.
